Mark Kascha is a first aid and CPR instructor trainer with over 30 years of experience in emergency response, workplace safety, and hands-on training across Canada.
He is also the Master Instructor Trainer for St Mark James Training, where he leads instructor development and oversees the creation and refinement of first aid and CPR programs.
Since beginning his career in 1996, Mark has worked extensively in both real emergency situations and instructional environments, helping individuals and organizations develop the skills needed to respond confidently in critical situations.
Through Hamilton First Aid, his training programs support students and workplaces throughout Hamilton and across Ontario.
Experience in Emergency Response & Aquatic Safety
Mark’s background began in aquatics, where he developed strong practical skills in emergency management and rescue situations.
